Lovely, spacious rooms with a rustic appearance. Good bathroom facilities featuring a massage shower.
The place was hard to find, tucked away in a residential area. Wi-Fi was only available in front of the office, not in the rooms. Shared bathroom setup was slightly inconvenient, and lack of warm water in the shower was a letdown.

The hosts were genuinely helpful, always ready with a smile.
During my stay, the noise levels were unbearable, particularly due to the church bells that started ringing before 7 a.m. This made sleeping in nearly impossible. Additionally, the shared toilet was not adequately maintained. it was tiny and uncomfortable to use. On top of that, the room often felt quite cold, as I couldn't close the window fully and the management did not provide additional blankets for warmth.

The best and worst parts
The luxurious bath at the room's center creates a serene oasis, perfect for unwinding after exploring the city. The staff exudes warmth and hospitality, making you feel at home right away.
The entrance is tucked away and may be challenging to find for first-time visitors. The shared bathroom setup, while functional, could be a slight inconvenience during busy mornings.

I had a lovely experience staying here. The location made it easy to reach various attractions on foot. I enjoyed a warm welcome, and it felt like home. I loved that the hosts served fresh coffee when I arrived. The breakfast was a good start to my day. I appreciated the room's spaciousness and unique decor, which reminded me of the rustic charm I admire in Italian culture.
I would mention that there were some noise issues at times, which could be bothersome for light sleepers. Also, the bathroom was not ensuite, which I was not used to but acceptable.

The location is a standout feature, just a block from the cathedral with excellent dining options nearby. The spacious room had an inviting retro atmosphere, complete with air conditioning for comfort. Breakfast included excellent coffee and delicious pastries. However, shared bathroom facilities could be an inconvenience during busy mornings, and while the staircase adds charm, it may not be suitable for everyone.

I stayed for 2 nights in a Deluxe Double or Twin Room with City View, and it was cozy. The room was filled with antique furniture and had a lovely retro vibe. Big windows let in natural light. The bed was comfy, and I appreciated the cleaning service every day. However, the private bathroom was just a few steps away, and the street noise could be a bit much if the windows were open. But after a long day exploring, I slept like a baby!
